A WIN IN THE FIGHT AGAINST VOTER FRAUD

Ken Berwitz

They don't come as often as they should, but we have a win in the fight against voter fraud.

Despite eric holder's best efforts to prevent it (fortunately he is as incompetent as he is racist) the Department of Just-us has been unable to prevent the Department of Homeland Security from providing Florida with a list of resident non-citizens, which can be checked against voter rolls so that illegal voters can be found and eliminated.

This is not happening because it is the right thing to do.  That concept appears to be inoperable in the Obama administration.  It is happening because a judge ordered the list to be released.

Now, assuming President Obama doesn't just ignore a judicial ruling (would you put it past him?), Florida gets the list.

You can read all about it in Helen Whalen Cohen's blog at townhall.com.

I'm sure this will be devastating to the Obama campaign.  But people who really do care about legal voters voting, and illegals voters not voting, should be thrilled.

Which are you?

Ken Berwitz anon - Sorry it took so long to respond - we're spending the day with our grandchildren which, believe me, takes precedence over political blogging. The answer is that a) voter fraud is an ongoing issue, regardless of whether Republicans are or are not winning, b) most people, maybe even you, are pretty certain that the vast majority of voter fraud situations - i.e. illegals voting, dead people voting, people voting multiple times, etc. - favor Democrats over Republicans and c) if they favored Republicans instead, I would be just as committed to rooting out voter fraud for exactly the same reason: I want only legitimate voters to be able to cast their ballots, no matter who it is they are voting for. If you want further information, try #usingfoxasanallpurposebogeymanisridiculous.com. (07/15/12)

(Anon) Why has so called "voter fraud" become such an issue now? Also why wasn't "voter fraud" an issue in prior elections were Republicans were supposedly victorious? I am anxiously waiting for your excuse, er... I mean explanation. #foxnewstalkingpointsnolongerwork# (07/15/12)

Zeke .... ..... Well, it's tough to nab people who vote several times, people who impersonate legal voters who are dead, have moved, or simply haven't voted for 5 or 10 years (and are unlikely to do). .... ..... However, look at voter registration list submitted by friendly folks like ACORN (and their successors). .... .... Disney characters (Goofy, Donald Duck, Mickey Mouse), dozens of people living in the same house or apartment, people living in vacant lots. .... .... YouTube & BigGovernment.com have videos -- James O'Keefe did a video of a WHITE guy being able to vote for Eric (the with-) Holder ! ! .... Since he never actually TOOK the ballot, no laws were violated. ("Do you have 'Eric Holder' {street address} ..... Let me get my ID from the car .... be back later")..... ..... .... There are cities that have more registered voters than people over 18. .... .... (07/16/12)

At "Hopelessly Partisan" we discuss all issues, big and small. Such as:

-Could the Obama administration have been more inept, incompetent, misfeasant and dishonest about the attack on our consulate in Benghazi, Libya?

-When will President Obama stop lying about the effect of the sequester - which is doing little other than saving the taxpayers money?

-What century will Egyptian women's rights wind up in after the Muslim Brotherhood is through?

-How many layoffs and reduced hours will companies inflict on workers because they are forced to pay for ObamaCare?

-After Hagel and Brennan, is Obama finished with picking anti-Israel appointments, or will there be more?

- Right down to:

-Who wants Piers Morgan least? The USA or the UK?

-Will Lindsey Lohan dry up, just go away, or both? (I'm rooting for both)

-Does anyone care that Chris Hayes has a show on MSNBC - including his immediate family?

In here, nothing is sacred and nothing is out of bounds.

So settle back, preferably after laughing your way through a copy of "The Hopelessly Partisan Guide To American Politics", and let the battle begin. In this blog, your opinion counts every bit as much as anyone else's, maybe even more.

And to show that my willingness to provide all sides of the issues is sincere, here are links to a variety of web sites, from the left, the middle (more or less) and the right. Read them and either smile in agreement or gnash your teeth in anger!!
